Unmanaged 16-Port Fiber Switch Overview
The 16+2 Port Managed Fiber Switch is a high-density, industrial-grade networking solution designed
for robust, scalable network infrastructures. It features 16 100Base-FX SFP slots for flexible fibre optic
connectivity and allows for the hot-swappable installation of SFP modules to support various fibre types
and distances. This is complemented by 2x 10/100/1000Base-TX copper ports for connecting to routers,
servers or other network devices. Built for reliability, the switch operates within a wide temperature range
of -10°C to 60°C and is housed in a sturdy, 1U, rack-mount aluminium case with lightning protection,
making it ideal for demanding environments. Support for auto-negotiation, a large 8K MAC address table
and 1Mbit frame buffer memory ensure efficient, stable data flow and minimise packet loss. Backed
by a three-year warranty and a wide 110–240 V AC power input, this switch provides enterprise-grade
performance and peace of mind.

After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer service, providing product consultation,
remote technical support, maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after testing the product failure
by technicians and man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly
go to the purchasing point to replace the same type of products.Or a product of comparable performance.
If there is no trouble in product testing, the original sample will be returned.
Warranty: Man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, our company's free warranty period is 1 year.
